NOTE 2 – DEPOSITS
Long-term deposits are comprised of aggregate of $204,259 of which $200,000 are deposits to acquire approximately 640 acres of land in Yuma County, Arizona
at $46,500 per acre. The option requires monthly payments of $12,500 for ten months beginning in March 2015. All deposits are non-refundable.
In addition, the Company has an aggregate of $4,259 in long term lease deposits.
