I think you raise an interesting point.

An argument could easily be made (and supported by facts) that Roche went dark because there was too much retail interest in $RVUE

to scare away retail and it worked! We dropped from .03 down to .0040

Why would roche want to scare retail? Well,

Its pretty obvious his goal is to gain as many common shares, not resricted, not preferred, not special, but COMMON RETAIL SHARES as possible -- Once he does that it also stands to reason he will want to do something to make a profit on his HUGE MULTI MILLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT

He may want to roll assets into this shell here in the US since he can not take assets out of China ($ATV)

Plus, if he were to add some value to this shell vehicle and bring the share price to a conservative $1.00 a share, he would make a boat load of money, as would anyone who has been along for the ride and read the tea leaves correctly.
