Thanks for adding your TXTM thoughts as they do make sense and I can agree with what you have posted in that the setup for TXTM is to essentially be the OWCP arm for PLPL.

However, I had seen within the links below that there is a chance that they are considering and leaving room for expansion in some other areas to include laboratory/extraction and cultivation:
