The fact that these is are foreign companies the taxes & another laws are going to be such a burden on the transfer process... but since BVO is going to be handling all foreign, federal, provincial and local taxes, per APA. It should make it easier for URBF but they have to handle that burden first
I don't know how much the taxes are going to be so hopefully BVO have enough capital to handle all of it... it says they'll handle it on the APA, which is a plus for us.
We do know that since December 5th, a meeting between BVO and Computershare took place and they may have reviewed that and are working things out right now.
It is interesting that over 1 million shares were bought yesterday, and to me, it's like an indicator that something good is happening in the coming days.
