So, this 296-page document presenting the proposed changes to Guide 7 is more about whether there is a north arrow on a map, with the rest just space-filling "federalese"? Really?

If the rule is passed in anything close to the way currently proposed, unqualified hacks like Lemas and their bogus "tonnage" estimates will be a thing of the past for use by publicly traded companies.
Mexus would be better off going private, that way they can rip off investors without bothering with all that irritating "federalese".
