Weird firefox v50/ihub stuff.
Strange behavior that I can't figure out.

On Ihub forum, I have sigs and images turned off so anyone's link will need to be clicked on by me if I desire to see it. This shows as 'Suppressed image' in the message read fields. Been doing this for years. But in the last year this has started to happen. All blockers are set to accept everything Ihub at the moment to figure this out. I've tried a ton of stuff.

On many of peoples links, clicking 'Suppressed image' as either a scroll wheel click to open as a tab, or direct left click which also opens a new tab and even right click and trying suggestions of new tab, page do not open the page.

The errors are either page not found, or firefox redirect screen and the page is redirecting where it can't open it.

Example:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/secure/priv.aspx?r=http%3a%2f%2fhttps%3a%2f%2fs28.postimg.org%2fdr33h1d71%2fhearings.jpg

But here's what I discovered. When one hovers the mouse over a link, it shows up at the bottom of the browser usually, it does mine and it appears complete. No matter how I copy that link and paste it, the page doesn't work. YET, when I look at the link after the fail, it shows a shortened address url and the COLON is MISSING. I add the colon after the https:where it was originally and the page loads every time.

I haven't found an answer yet on the internet.

Any ideas anyone? It's looking like some sort of colon security issue or something.
