biggest problem is with all the new state of the art DSV vessels with twin ROV`s and big sat systems that are avail on the market and with the down turn so now they are very competitive in day rates. That`s part reason CDI went under as they couldn`t compete with rising operational costs and lower day rates no matter how much money the borrowed. Sad times.
