BALTIA Making the FAA the bad guy here is a BALTIA shell game. The company BLTA complains CIBC abandoned them (BALTIA), then the FAA plotted to just screw Baltia. If the FAA were more concerned about emergencies rather than flight safety then I would be concerned. This is all a red herring. Show as many pictures of licensed carriers as you wish but at least they were able to be certified. Can someone please explain why Baltia was such a threat to the domestic American airline industry that the FAA would conspire to put down a one plane airplane to save the day. Can someone please explain the failure of the would be airline to find another financial clearing agency to allow the listing for the past 18 years?
