But yeah, a r/m would be the ideal outcome for shareholders. Would be nice if they PR or file an 8-K with a statement it's on the table to back it up though.
I noticed they didn't deregister the company's shares, just way behind on filings, so that can be taken as a sign she's somewhat serious, if filings start to hit maybe even more so.
Just remember usually there's a 2 year statute of limitations for complaints to be filed with the SEC (I'm not a lawyer), she resigned I think Dec. 28, 2015, so that being said we have to ask, is she just dragging it out hoping no one files a legitimate complaint or can we expect something official before this December?
