Based soley on the 8K post below, it looks like
Regen issued (1) share of a special Class M stock to every one who currently owns Class A Preferred stock

That class M stock entitles the holder to get dividends if decided upon

and also entitles the holder to get part of whatever assets are left if Regen goes belley up.

Also in another unrelated matter, it looks like one of there officers is no longer with Regen and all of that persons shares were cancelled.
