Looking at the repeal of Obamacare, some of the Republican austerity ghouls want to end it because they are truly against the idea of giving people subsidized health care (ie, socialism). But looking deeper, we know that Obamacare was originally promoted and set up by the insurance industry itself and is based on the Massachusetts plan put in by Mitt Romney. The main idea was for private companies to be able to force people to fork over premiums under penalty of law. So it's corporatism.

But it didn't take long for those insurance companies to find out that it's a loser for them financially. So if they can't find a way to make it profitable for themselves, they may just repeal and not replace. The 20 million who lose access to health coverage is not their concern, though for Republican politicians there is the potential for considerable political fallout come the next election.

The other more sinister purpose of Obamacare is to ensure that the entire population will have to take the future population control vaccine, and no one can slip thru the cracks. When that will occur is uncertain, but presumably it will be in response to a hyped epidemic threat, and the anti-population agent will be in the vaccine. It could be an anti-fertility agent or something worse like a cancer virus (the NWO luminaries and their families will simply skip taking the vaccine).

In any event, this was reportedly one of the deeper reasons for the push to create Obamacare (and why they went as far as blackmailing Judge Roberts to get it implemented). With this in mind, 'repeal and not replace' wouldn't be the preferred outcome and some type of acceptable (profitable) version (Trumpcare) can be trotted out that maintains the individual mandate aspect. Alternately they could just expand Medicare/Medicaid to include more of the population.
