We all know the rules in penny stocks. And that is Buy On Rumor And Sell On News. All this DD on WM that's being uncover is HUGE! Even though it may be rumored, it's huge. So I say Buy. I'm in for a hole lot of shares, if this hit's penny land I'M GOOD TO GO! Silver Land I'm a Done Deal , Stick a Fork in me cause I'm Done and life is good...
