$69.5 million of the Shares STILL to be SOLD AFTER the Reverse Split on MOnday.

Meanwhile the Dilution has not yet ended. DRYS has stated that they still need to SELL $69.5MM of NEW Stock of DRYS... So Dilution WILL CONTINUE After the Reverse-Split Stock starts Trading from next Monday...

From the 6-K Filed just this Evening:

" Following the settlement for all of such Shares sold as of the date hereof, the Company will have a total of 107,934,530 shares of common stock outstanding.

As of the date hereof, up to $69.5 million of the Shares is remaining that the Company may sell pursuant to the Purchase Agreement."
