The Fixed Request Amount was $20.0 million, subject to a price per share of $1.39 mutually agreed to by the parties, and the Optional Amount Exercise Amount was $24.4 million, subject to a price per share of $1.01 mutually agreed to by the parties , for an aggregate gross purchase price of $44.4 million, resulting in estimated net proceeds of $44.0 million,"
