lessons from other OTC phenomenons...when one wants to go on a real run (20-100X+)it doesn't really matter if one buys at 0.0003 or 0005 or 0009....also it doesn't matter if the OS is 500M or 1.5B or 2.5 B

just needs a trigger to get started and a pump that somewhat matches the company's supposed outlook...if Bob the builders departure is around the corner together with a nice Q2 (these are the rumors) and the fishy MCV acquisition (well its rather the other way around with MCV personnel taking over SVTE from what I hear) gets through then I wouldn't be surprised that insiders buy beforehand...that beforehand timepoint may be now with these proven crooks
