POTN - StevenRisk, my first thought was a possible Reverse Merger. As you stated, it's share structure is great for one now. There are other issues to overcome (e.g. timely and ACCURATE financial statements)....but I was thinking along the same lines.
Most companies do a reverse split to facilitate a Reverse merger....POTN has already done that...BIG-Time.
