There are about 1.6bn shares outstanding of which management (Niclas Fröberg and Lars Bönnelyche) control 60%. No other insider transactions are known.

So,
- there should be about 600m shares on the public market
- an acquirer would not be able to obtain a controlling interest without management consent, but an influential ownership position in UCPA, and through it in Tre Kronor Media, In Sight and HowCom. This should be of interest to a buyer with a strategic interest in the Nordic media business.
- acquirer would be able to control two BOD positions in a 5 member BOD.
- 40% ownership qualifies as an equity investment, so acquirer participates to 40% in the future income of UCPA.

At this ridiculously low market cap, there should be interested buyers.
