My point was, how can an increase in A/S be seen as a benefit that would cause the SP to soar? What is the purpose of increasing the A/S to 5 bil if only 1.5 bil would be required to be "issued" to accommodate a 30:1 FS (if they did not intend on selling the remaining 3.5 bil)? I see the valuation opinion post (thank you) but am curious to the motives behind the increase. Again, I hope those of you who already bough make a million bucks though.
