Let me put this so you MAYBE can understand it.

Repeat concept from the previous response to your post:

The post you quoted was MY OPINION that the arb process WOULD BE POSTPONED AGAIN as it was a few times previously. It was not...It was an erroneous assumption...the process started as scheduled on September 26th...the post is almost 5 months old

No clue how I can simplify that so you can understand it.

Scheduled for 9/26
Process started on 9/26

It was not postponed...fact..not opinion

It is just taking longer than some thought it would take for a decision...

Presently on St. Maarten..time for sunset...out
