Perhaps to keep the stock low profile and at a low pps while Washington insiders that were exposed to the company when Neah was invited to Washington buy stock a bit at a time. That invite and subsequent Grant are a bit maddening, gives some hope where it may not be anything at all. Ill may bounce out pretty quick and wait, if this really goes anywhere there will be time to get back in.
