If you truly don't know the difference, then you shouldn't be trading otc stocks. I mean this serious. On the ask we know he represents dilution and has millions to sell at any tranche. On the bid he is purely to take some in trying to show up just for getting the impression he is there. In 95% of the cases he would leave immediately when hit if not before.
