Angelo....You could be correct as he filed with intent to sell 2 months ago and then never followed it up. If they ere in active talks there would be a black out period during this time. Also he might be waiting for the deal to go through and cash in those 100K shares for a much higher price than what it is now. Makes sense.

Good Luck although I feel this is a gem IMHO.
