they only employ 3 to 4 employees, rest is Contracted as needed thru CEO affiliates, now instead of a contract to man the ships which takes many weeks to get online , they do not have to pay for a contract to be on call and ready to charter the ships , they only pay when there is a charter run to make making all costs variable based on demand

there is less cash outflow less and less contract costs to have ships ready and AVAILABE all year - the be available all year contract costs are gone
