ROFL, this was a win win for HP. Who would get sued??? HP got paid $250,000 for doing nothing but lending their name and would get a huge royalty if and when LCLP would ever be able to create a product. The products that are made would bear the HP logo if approved. If LCLP goes bankrupt, nobody is the wiser and HP is still owed the other $125k that is due by April 1. Once the next late filing comes out you will see just how much more convertibles and interest are owed. Nobody looking for cheapies here.
