Good info cysonic...I just want to quickly point out that both IPCI and COLL are relying on their own delivery platforms and Purdue's reformulated OxyContin patents.

The fact that the appeals court already dismissed Purdue's lawsuit claims against COLL last year while simultaneously ruling all 4 of Purdue's reformulated patents invalid...is yet another reason I don't see Purdue even attempting to launch any lawsuit against IPCI...especially since the reformulated patent has already been ruled invalid by an appeals court and the reformulated patent protection expires in the next few months.

Why would Purdue even attempt to launch a lawsuit when their patent protection expires b4 IPCI's Rexista is even going to be FDA approved right!
