clean Balance Sheet , Clean new start - 2017 should be a very promising one for Box - have to be patient - success does not happen overnight - it will take a lot of hard work from the CEO - and with a little help from the shipping recovery - by getting rid of the debt - time is now on the side of BOX - it paves the way for a fresh new future - before there was none - now the possibility should grow

if the preferred shares get resolved - I believe there will be a further progress and success ahead - it happens in pieces at a time, get rid of debt, deal with preferred, get new financing, rebuild fleet, get new contracts and much higher rates

one thing at a time - BOX isn't going anywhere - but you have to be realistic a recovering cycle doesn't happen overnight - but the shipping industry is starting to recover and with it ships will eventually sail again
