Reading the initial PRs, I made up a story that an acquisition was immanent. Confirmation (bias) for that story came when they moved up the Langley closing date. What I realize is I actually have NO IDEA when a deal might close. It could be tomorrow; it could be 2 years down the road. It could be ... never. NO IDEA.
