The high majority, exact percentage impossible to know, but my guess 90% plus, of OTC CEO's are in it for one thing and one thing only, to make money off selling shares anyway they can. They will give off the impression of a real business activity for as long as they can deceive the sucker investors. Then it's cut and run. Often times, one of their favourite tricks is to try and convince shareholders that a Reverse Split is needed in order to attrack bigger investors, but it's most often just a wash, rinse, repeat technique to further dilute shareholder value.

Long Shareholders in OTC subpenny land get screwed most of the time.
