I have to wonder why nobody has ever contacted them and just asked a simple question...
Since the time you recommend signing releases has the result been what you expected?
It's a non material question so they could answer.
If the 4 year wait is exactly what they expected that would make a whole lot of people calm down.

You could ask when they expected the escrows to be settled but I think they would not have an answer to that.
