Speaking of material, that word brings you one step closer to one of the reasons why TAUG is not and cannot be a shell.

Do you think that the independent business valuation expert will address the shell -non shell issue.


Seems like many of the prognostications made have not come to pass.

Next to drop will be the mitigation BS... the jury will laugh that right out of the courtroom..
