Although, I hate to admit it but there does seem to be some continuing activity.

Perhaps I misjudged you. This comment about penny flipping along with the recent discovery of the Development Agreement being reinstated with the city as you suggested that it had has softened my opinion of you.

I've seen lots of lying cheating penny flippers hit and run on this board in the several years I've been following the stock. Pretty easy to lump any fresh optimists into the group.
