"But it must be a "TUAG" website, or at least one that is operated by a TUAG affiliate."
As you know the website is registered to "Name: Registration Private", a common practice that allows the true website owner to remain anonymous.
There is no other method that I'm aware of, other than via subpoena, to definitively establish who owns the cowangunteskicpamalpractice.com website.
So let's say that I'm mistaken in my interpretation of the known facts and that this statement was true:
"That is not a TUAG website, it is a website by shareholders."
1. How did those shareholders get access to the Meyler deposition Exhibits if not from Tauriga?
2. If they were provided by Tauriga, what motive could Tauriga have had other than to facilitate their publication?
3. Are you familiar with Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure) and 17 CFR 240.10b-5 - Employment of manipulative and deceptive devices?
‘There are none so blind as those who will not see. The most deluded people are those who choose to ignore what they already know.’
