Who are you talking about when you say he? The company was acquired by Proviso not Mr Kerr.
Mr Kerr started the company around 1990 so he did not buy anything.

I did not say the BK was because of Health Insurance please re-read my post before you say that.
What I did say was that one of the main reasons it was DISSMISSED was because of the employees and the Health Ins payments. All you have to do is read the court docs it's all right there.

Speaking of things said what happened to CATO doing something with it like was stated last year?
