Mick and Pistol,
I think that we can assume that the NY Convertible folks dumped shares for nonpayment of conv. notes. Who else would dump 300 million shares all at once. Finally good things are at work for WPWR. Slow progress. I am not happy like other long term investors but I am confident that a MRU will make it to testing and market this year. Canada along has over 1000+ stranded wells that are ideal for MRU's . Who knows how many 1000's of stranded wells in Texas and other states. . WPWR share are cheap.
