Cowan isn't going to have to do a RICO suit, or any other kind of suit against TAUG. The hearing went all Cowan's way. There is a real judge now hearing this case, a man with experience who has heard probably 100s of these cases. The scheduling and Discovery are now set, the witness lists are now set, the expert schedule is now set, and the TAUG plan has crumbled and is in tatters. It is now a true litigation, not another Florida circus run by a lazy judge who probably had no doubt previously never seen true evil in her career.

TAUG's NJ nightmare has begun.

"If you think that turning a simple case into a complicated one is in shareholders interests, fine. Frankly I'm inclined to think that it is being done at least in part to delay the realization that it isn't worth the giant stack of money that the company is pretending that it's worth....and if TAUG actually had any operations to get back to they would get back to them."

No truer words ever written. All IMO.
