Sure they do. They are paying these lawyers and paying them to do what they want in the time frame they want. The SEC has nothing to do with it since nothing has been submitted to them. The Lawyers have had that paperwork since as early as December 13th...So they expected delays and still put out a time line of early January LOL Yeah that sounds like Lee...They never learn. I have doubts they have anything done..this happened on audits many times before. Nothing is ever their fault always put on some other entity...the dog ate my homework routine is getting old. I check daily on the SEC for submissions and no AMMX yet
