Johhny - It doesn't look like anyone liable for actually paying for the TAUG damages is laughing now, does it/? Looks like our shareholder website was spot with 20 million or more you betcha.

Did the Cowan lawyers really talk about the puppet, what a dumb mistake because everything the puppet says and the website states is true. The judge really laughed? That's funny, just like the other federal case judges also have a sense of humor.

I guess Mr. Berman, our controversial ex Board member was wrong when he said this case wouldn't be heard until 2018, and there was going to be a summary judgment motions.

NO MORE DELAYS...I guess that silly idea floated that TAUG would have to pay per diem for the delays in moving the case from Florida to NJ is not going to happen either. The case has not missed a beat as all Cowan seems to have gotten is the 6 month trial extension which is customary anyway.

Oh, looks like the chances of all these stupid mitigation boilerplate defenses were just thrown up as a negotiating tool. And as predicted will not fly.

Wait until a JURY sees the professional damage evaluations and out of pocket expenses ,,,and then they see all the rules that have been violated. The rules that some people don't think existed. ....

What did Flounder say in Animal House....

Seth did a great job... and so did the A team attorneys....that would be our attorney.

oh, looks like most of the expert witness expenses are already paid by TAUG.

Next up Cowan deposition....another update to the Board of Accountancy after that?
