There are only 21 Million Bitcoin.

16,200,000 are accounted for. That leaves 4,800,000 that have yet to be bought. There aren't that many left to mine and it will no longer be profitable to mine Bitcoin. With the current Hash difficulty it's very difficult to mine even one bitcoin. A new S9 Antminer will mine 1/3 of a Bitcoin PER month. John McAfee isn't mining anything that would justify the expense of equipment.
