I've read anywhere from 8-11 months (from docketing). Here are the stats in graphical format from FY07 -FY16 which seem to support that.

From CAFC website - last year was 11 months median from docket to disposition

However, that seems to be a bit of an anomaly but not sure why. I'd say 9-11 months based on that graph is a fair assumption
