Drugdoctor, Per the LVVV CEO, regarding that Accountant...

Per the LVVV CEO (Bill Hodson), regarding that Accountant... a friend of mine reached out and spoke with Bill about that Accountant info you posted. Bill told my friend that it was an attorney that was referred by their accountant to help raise money and to help with filings regarding audits. He said that the person you are referring to and the info you posted is totally unrelated to LVVV.

Bill also told my friend that the last conversion was Dec 15, 2015 and that they are not doing anymore. He told my friend that none are needed going forward. In my opinion, this is why it trades pretty clean.

Also, I think it's fair to be expecting some more updates of more importance in the very near future. I truly believe that we will be fine here with LVVV.
