What we need now is a follow up on progress that he has hopefully been making since taking over. I know the last letter came out just a little over a week ago, but I think that is the only way this will reverse its course, I think it would be great if he could give us updates every 2 to 3 weeks good news or bad news. Of course all this is my opinion and I know nothing. Other then that he is at least personally invested now.
