They would have to be very careful how they do it. The numbers that MarMar comes up with would have to be credible, documented, and meet Guide 7 standards. You can't just repeat numbers a JV gives you, as though they meet SEC standards.

And they'd have to get permission from MarMar. It is not one company, like some are implying here. MarMar is a JV partner, not a division of Mexus.
