Confidence for who? The insecure shareholder? There are stocks that are sky high where insiders barely bought any stock.

It's all psychological the market dictates the price.

I have watched Cramer many of times. And I have seen him recommend a stock on insiders buying while the stock goes down, down, down.

Focus on the trials, not whether a CEO is buying or not.
