I didn't really pay attention as DECN wasn't a big deal, we had just come off several doubles and one 400% in pharma.
I was told DECN had the EQUATE contract ....but then told they had it and cancelled it. REALLY
I was told the financials were not a big deal...then find out that these scumbags cannot provide an audited financial statement since 2012.
I was told Berman is a brilliant and invented things when he was a pup out of college, all lies. All his companies crash and burn. This site opened my eyes. Berman wanting me to leak inside information opened my eyes. Berman trying to bribe Seth and telling him to screw his shareholders and be more like him and care about yourself opened my eyes.
This site actually opened my eyes. Then all I had to do was think back years ago when it was easy to determine dirtbag CEO's. Berman fit the bill to a tee. You have a chance with DECN, not because of Berman though.
This was Shasta's idea, he fixed a few flaws. Berman didn't think he was going to beat Johnson and Johnson and gave a ton of shares to the first attorney. Luckily he had good attorneys when the appeal court found the patent was invalid. Big whoopee, what did he get a million bucks but he cant sell the product.
This will not end well for him with the SEC....but hopefully the stock does well in the future
