You are wrong, here's some DD:
They also have 1,000,000 shares of series A worth 110 votes per share. In combination with their restricted shares they have the voting power of 410,000,000. They can maintain voting control with 819,999,999 shares outstanding with their new 1 billion shares authorized.

"Following the issuances and as of the date of this filing, the Company has a total of 395,429,557 shares of common stock issued and outstanding." CEGX can add 424,570,442 (819,999,999-395,429,557) shares outstanding and maintain control.

Refer to my post (2257) that predicts this dilution. I have updated it with exact numbers of shares that can be dumped and the voting control. I rounded to 800,000,000 on my first post. The actual number is 819,999,999 shares outstanding that can be issued while maintaining control. Small typo on the amount that can be added. My first post says "440,570,443" when it should have said 404,570,443. The correct amount with the exact figures are 424,570,442 shares that can be dumped.

Refer to post (3356) For the current outstanding shares today 1/19/17. The current outstanding shares are 596,929,557 shares. When CEGX initially took over the company there was 395,429,557 outstanding shares according to the 8K. There have been a total of 201,500,000 (596,929,557-295,429,557) shares dumped since this new 500 million dollar firm took over. Why do they need the dump shares with so much capital?
