He has NOT filed a suit against the SEC. The only case he is involved with in the District of Colombia is a suit he filed on behalf of CDII against several toxic lenders they got involved with. He is also very likely to lose that case. The rest of the recent cases he is representing conmen that are defendants in securities fraud cases. And I doubt he got anywhere near Trump and his "team"...
