As I say, I think the limitation period issue might have had merit on at least some of Tmmi's initial claims. But surely Dimension isn't appealing THAT moot issue. The claim was dismissed. It would be like taking a corpse out of a crave so you can hang him.

But surely you agree there has been no finding that Tmmi stole Dimensions software, and any claim they have would have to surmount the same statute of limitations? If not, why not?
