Just some updates for this forum (hopefully one of the admins see this)

#1) Gold Entertainment Group Inc (GEGP) was a Big Apple Consulting ticker.

According to the GEGP S-1 filing in 2010 they hired an Investors Relation Consulting in April of 2007. They don't name the consultant in the S-1 filings, but terms of employment read extremely similarly to all of Big Apple's consulting contracts.

On April 19, 2007, the Company entered into a six-month Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) whereby the Company received investor and marketing relations in exchange for: (i) $600,000 payable at the rate of $100,000 per month in the form of free trading common shares of the Company with the first and last month’s compensation due at the inception of the Agreement and (ii) a six-month option to purchase $1,000,000 worth of free trading common shares of the Company at a 50% discount to market of the five (5) day average closing bid price. As the option was exercisable immediately, stock-based compensation of $614,000 was recognized with a corresponding increase in additional paid-in capital. As of September 19, 2007, the Company had recognized $600,000 of expense under the Agreement. During August and November 2007, the Company issued an aggregate of 1,285,714,286 common shares to settle an aggregate of $128,571 of the accrued liability, with the remaining balance of $471,429 included in accounts payable and accrued expenses in the consolidated balance sheet at January 31, 2008.

Big Apple signed 5 press releases for GEGP from September 2007 - January 2008

It isn't clear who the attorney was for GEGP in 2007 while Big Apple was dumping 1,285,714,286 shares of free trading stock into the market, but Guy M. Jean-Pierre was the attorney working for GEGP in 2010 when they attempted that S-1 filing.

The long time CEO of GEGP is Hamon Francis Fytton.

Since February 1, 2013, Fred Schiemann has been the CFO for GEGP. Fred Schiemann can be found associated with Big Apple Consulting in SNDY and LLBO starting back in 2006.

#2) In 2015 there was an Indictment filed against a Christopher M Maguire for running a $2 million Ponzi scheme from 2012 - 2014. Also named in the case was William Peterseim

William Peterseim was a long time member of the Board of Directors for Big Apple consulting from 2003 - 2011 (possibly starting before 2003) and served as the Chairman and CEO of Big Apple Holdings.

I'm pretty sure that Chris Maguire is probably related to Matthew Maguire who was one of the people that co-Founded Big Apple Consulting with Marc Jablon in 1999 as a front for Roy Meadows to become the successor company to Stockbroker Relations Inc.

Chris Maguire was arrested in November 2015

And this past August 2016, Maguire was sentenced to 10 years in prison and ordered to pay back $4,887,998 in restitution.

Prosecutors are also seeking seizure of a home in Wesley Chapel that they claim that Maguire bought for his friend, William Peterseim.
