You may be right. I don't know. I remember something about a claim for something like 800k, but I thought that was indemnity for legal expenses. But I don't know for sure. I don't think Google has sued yet. Might be wrong of course.

There is bound to be some award of costs flowing from the loss of the lawsuit. I foresee Google not being very forgiving about them. And I don't see the lawyers on contingency paying them. So a sizeable expense especially for a company that reports it has no cash or other assets. This is why I speculate that Vedanti will be reluctant to close. Closing would put an asset in reach of a creditor, and the adversary.
