Sorry in advance for being thought provoking, but if you look back at the history here you will see that Dimension took the position that the claims of Tmmi should be tossed because the subject matter went beyond the statute of limitations.

I think there was something to be said for that position. And this is a problem equally for Dimension's claims for loss. It's not the only problem. Other problems include proving that Tmmi stole software owned by Dimension.
